These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Seymour Bugs LLC ("Seymour Bugs", "we", "us"), a pest control business based in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Use of this website
- The website is provided to share information about our services and to let you contact us.
- Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or hack it, and no spam or false information in the contact form.
- The Seymour Bugs name, logo, mascot, text and images belong to Seymour Bugs LLC and may not be copied without permission.
2. Information on the site
We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but service details, plan options and prices shown on the website are general information, not a binding offer. Your actual plan, price and service schedule are confirmed directly with Brian when you sign up.
3. Pest protection plan terms
The terms of your specific service plan are agreed directly with Seymour Bugs when you sign up. The sections below are a summary.
Plans and scheduling
Seymour Bugs offers four recurring plans. Treatments follow your plan's schedule:
- General Pest Control: 4 treatments a year between March and October, about every 45 to 75 days. Covers the interior of the home, the exterior structure and the area up to 10 feet from the foundation.
- General Pest Control + Rodent Protection: 6 treatments a year, every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November). Covers the interior, the exterior structure and the area up to 20 feet from the foundation.
- Mosquito + Full Lawn Misting: 5 monthly treatments, May through September, covering the property perimeter and lawn.
- Complete Home & Lawn Protection Bundle: 9 treatments a year: 4 pest control treatments (March to October) and 5 mosquito, tick, flea and full lawn treatments (May to September).
You will receive advance notice before each scheduled service and a detailed service report after each visit. The covered and excluded pests for each plan are listed in your service agreement. None of the plans is a lawn care or landscaping service.
Agreement term and cancellation
Your plan is a recurring service agreement that continues each year unless canceled. Before each new season you will receive a renewal reminder. You may cancel at any time by contacting Seymour Bugs by text, phone call, email or Facebook message.
Pricing and payment
Prices are charged per visit, within the range listed for your plan, and payment is due upon completion of each service. The General Pest Control + Rodent Protection plan also has a one-time setup fee of $100 to $200. Your exact price is confirmed in your quote and service agreement.
Service guarantee ("Bug Insurance")
If pest activity persists between scheduled visits, Seymour Bugs provides free re-services and/or interior treatments upon reasonable customer request. Pests that are not covered by your plan may still be reduced by the treatments, and additional services may be offered at no charge or for an added fee depending on the situation.
Customer responsibilities
To get the best results, customers agree to give reasonable access to the areas being treated, keep children and pets away from treated areas until they are dry or as directed, and let us know about any health concerns, pets, fish tanks or gardens we should be aware of before treatment.
4. No warranty for the website
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that the site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, and to the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim all warranties about the website, express or implied.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Seymour Bugs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or information on it. This section is about the website only. It does not limit any rights you have under your service agreement or under Wisconsin consumer protection law.
6. Links to other websites
The site may link to other websites, such as Google or Facebook. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed.
