When you use the contact form
The form on this website does not send anything to us by itself. When you press the button, it opens your own email app with a message already written from the details you typed (name, phone number, optional email address, city, the pest or issue, your preferred contact method and your message). Nothing reaches us until you press send in your email app. We then receive it like any other email, along with your email address.
When you call, text or email us
We receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us, including photos of bugs you send by text.
When you are a customer
To service your home we keep your name, service address, contact details, plan, visit history, service notes and billing records.
Automatically
Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use your information

Phone calls, text messages and email

By texting us or choosing "Text" as your preferred contact method, you agree to receive text messages from Seymour Bugs LLC at the number you provided about your inquiry and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not currently run analytics. The accessibility settings menu saves your choices (like larger text) in your own browser's local storage so they are remembered on your next visit. That information never leaves your device and you can clear it with the "Reset all settings" button or your browser settings.
Third-party services
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical data to deliver and protect it. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google Maps is only loaded if you click "Load interactive map". Google may then set cookies and collect data under Google's privacy policy.
- Email and phone providers: we use Gmail for email and a standard mobile carrier for calls and texts.
- Fonts are hosted on our own site, so no font service receives your data.

We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Customer and billing records are kept as long as you're a customer and afterward as required for tax and pesticide application record-keeping.
